(SleepTime/Relaxation)|Relaxing Piano Music

Listen To For...
  • ...That time of the night morning when you finally said "I'll FINISH THIS IN THE MORNING." and never looked at your alarm clock.
  • ...After a long day at the library studying in your imagination.
  • ...If you like trippy videos.
IMO

  • A while back I was using PaulFromStokeUK's music to focus on an essay. A smart thing that he does with this is that he buries the alpha waves under the piano playing. Personally, it makes listening to alpha waves less trippy. According to his YouTube, alpha wave frequencies are a natural occurring rhythm in our brains when we're deeply relaxed. So I'd definitely recommend it.

  1. I actually studied a bit on the usage of soundwaves to create some sort of hypnotic effect on the brain. People claimed that listening to Mozart helps them concentrate more on their studies, even going as far as letting infants listen to the music as a way of promoting a strong attention span while they sleep.

If people want to go to sleep faster, they can turn on some music containing delta waves. Delta waves are pretty much a guarantee for you to enter a deep sleep state. Otherwise, you can take some melatonin to alleviate insomnia. These are generally better options to take instead of drugs for sleep problems.

    1. That's really interesting about delta waves. I heard the same about Mozart and Easy Listeining music too but I've never heard of delta waves. I guess I only scratched the surface of sleeping methods.
